Reply to the confession of a Venture Capitalist

Every Hindu is aware of their deity “Krishna”. I have read the life story of Krishna and here I remember the same and want to compare some of its situation in the following paragraphs.  Krishna’s aunt was aware by the “Bhavishyawani” that her son Shishupal will  be  killed by Krishna and to save her son’s life from the hands of Krishna, she came to Krishna and swear him that he will forgive his 100 sins. Krishna said alright and assured that even if Shishupala would insult him, abuse him for 100 times, he would forgive him. The mother returned happily that her son has a long life and now the Bhavishyawani is proven wrong.

However, in the later period when Shishupala was with the other kings, he abused Krishna again and again. Krishna was silent to give any reaction to his beheaviour. However, when the promise of 100 abuses got over, then Krishna cut the head of Shishupala with his “Chakra”. The same history is repeated in similar context with a Venture Capitalist whom I had come across 2003.

In early 2003, there was first and foremost social networking site which I had joined and I had joined some networks as Bombay Business Club, Pune Business Networking Mixer, Mumbai Business Networking Mixer etc. In this I had come across a Venture Capitalist, who was a drop out yet and enterprising person, who after reading my credentials had written only one line “I am impressed.” The Venture Capitalist, over a period of time has dementia and I realized that this dementia need to be correct only by cutting the Egoistic head like that of “Shishupala”. Because I donot suffer from memory loss nor I am scared to any insults and threatening of a cowardly man who surrounded by others calls himself brave.  

When there is any complaint or confession is made, there is a verification of the facts and this verification of the facts, I am completing. I was not keen in filing any police complaint although I read about it in the local newspaper. I checked and read the entire episode and after my long commitments, I am becoming Durga with his blessings.

THE FIRST MEETING WITH THE VENTURE CAPITALIST

In the beginning, I would clear that the allegations made by him are not correct and the Venture Capitalist has written only partial story, deleting and hiding facts, which are material in this case.

Another truth in this matter is he has made you the lord to forgive or to decide whether he is a victim or accused. However, nothing could be decided on one sided view which will be biased.

There are many women who have complained about his ill beheaviour. Unlike other women, I had also gone to meet him in Bandra, in those days, as reported in Factordaily publication. There was a coffee shop Barista once upon a time, where we met.

It was natural when somebody states “I am impressed ” to me, it must be knowing the educational or professional work. And that was the cause to meet him else why do I need to meet any man. I was not seeking a new relationship after knowing how much hypocrites men may become. In 2003, I was 34 and the Venture Capitalist may be around  38. And in this age, I had attained some experience of the society and the same was expected from a Professional Venture Capitalist.  Though I had though it would be a work related meeting, as we shared same group of “Mumbai Business Networking Mixer”, when the word “Business” disappeared from his mind, I did not know. Not only that, the nature of Business seemed changed because the networking was fixed with woman?

What level of honesty a person has can be realized from this fact that once he had written on the ryze status, as he is suffering from dementia, he failed to mention, but I very well remember that there used to be column of “haves” and “wants” in the personal information page. Anybody can open the website even today if I am wrong and confront me. The venture capitalist , did not write over there that what he have is a “heart”, and what he “wants” is also “heart” of women – complete barter system. Something else was written under the columns as funds, and what he wanted was “ideas”.

I remember, somewhere in the end it was written was “marital status” and the answer of the Venture Capitalist was “Can’t tell” . No matter, an adult person can imagine that there can be only five status of an individual , bachelor, marriage, engaged, separated or divorced. And basically, it is not necessary to discuss and hurt any person on emotional issues right in first meeting and what I is my interest in knowing he is what?

In fact, my story and background was different. I had married also and divorced too at that time. I am a triple graduate, having good knowledge of computers, foreign language, good in skills which industry desires, there were many other subjects to discuss and debate.. as I am a good in debate and in finding logic.

In my first meeting I was definitely interested in seeing is the venture capitalist is genuine to his profession and what approach he has towards his work. It was cleared in my first meeting that the venture capitalists think that women don’t have brain. There was hardly any discussion of “haves” and “wants”. It was nothing but flirting with a woman who is divorced. And it was very surprising that the Venture Capitalist expected that I must give response in positive to his unethical beheaviour.

The question of “marital status” was live in relationship, which he explained that he doesn’t believe in the institution of marriage and he is living with a partner. I was surprised, so what , if the commitment is after the marriage or in the nature of marriage, he could have written he is “married”. But the level of indecent beheaviour he showed at that time, I believed that his live in relationship is meant to enjoy the freedom to behave in any manner with other women. In fact, at that time I had shouted at him “behave yourself” and the Venture capitalist smiled and said “I am beheaving myself.” and that was the end of the meeting as I got up.  It was me who was carrying a small gift of drawing book and colour pencils for his son thinking that he might accompany him. This much of care, empathy, I had for a   selfish soul.

The Venture capitalist who in confession states that the women make false allegation on his character or beheaviour, then why he did not accompany her with him at that time of meeting? The indecent persons stating that he is in  a “live-in-relationship” sounded me like “dhobi ka Kutta, Na ghar ka nag hat ka.” no marriage, no need for divorce. Just pack your bag and move out… what a selfish attitude..

 And the person proving himself to be a innocent divorcee, is actually a liar and cheat. He is an opportunist to call me to see if I will be interested in him sexually, being a divorcee. One can definitely that this interest he could not show before another woman and that is the reason, he did not accompany with him. I was a traveler. To meet I could have reached to his office, I could have met him in his house, I could have met him in ryze mixers, in the public, but why he chose a café, that too, without his wife, or assistant, or an employee? Can  the Venture capitalist answer to this question? 

The Bazee Issue:

Soon after that, the CEO of Bazee.com was arrested for the publication and circulation of some indecent porn material on the website. There was big debate on the Ryze.com mixer where majority of public was in favour of the CEO and this Venture Capitalist also did a job of  preparing an online petition for the release of CEO of the Bazee.com which was written somewhat “Travesty of CEO of Bazee.com”, which I did not agree with. I found myself arguing with so many persons, But what is legal and what is illegal, what is the law, I definitely knew about it. At that time, Information Technology Act , 2000 was also new. At that times, the advocates too, also did not understand the interpretation of the Sections in this Act. In this circumstances, how did the Venture Capitalist have any right to interpret the law and decide the validity of arrest of anybody? 

If the Venture Capitalist did have so much concern about the software industry and the if the Information Technology Act, 2000 was not suitable to match for nurturing this industry, with so much funds, why Venture Capitalists of software industry, The Indus Entrepreneur (Club), and rest all got together to file a petition before the Supreme Court to abolish the Information Technology Act, 2000? The Venture Capitalist wants to be a Messiah in front of formal graduates because they have lot of free time where as all the middle class, ambitious, intelligent class of persons are busy in making their life comfortable by their hard work. 

The same Information Technology Act, 2000, is in use, due to my posts, me and the Venture Capitalist, had locked our horns. We never came together and I did not accept my defeat. And at that time I had told him that what would be the judgment in the matter. The Judgment in this matter was pronounced later. At that time, the CEO, Avanish Bajaj could secure a bail as it was a bailable offence. To write off the other sections of Information Technology Act 2000, he subsequently made first appeal before the Delhi High Court and later in Supreme Court, but, the Court did not discharge him from the Sections under which he was arrested. The the  judgment of quashing of the FIR against the Petitioner is as under: 

This Court accordingly holds as follows:

(a) The charge sheet when read as a whole brings out a prima facie case attracting the offences under Section 292(1) (a) and 292 (2) (d) IPC and Section 67 IT Act. However, not even a prima facie case for the offence under Section 294 IPC is made out.

(b) A prima facie case for the offence under Section 292 (2) (a) and 292 (2) (d) IPC is made out against BIPL now named as EIPL both in respect of the listing and the video clip respectively.

(c) However, as far as the petitioner Avnish Bajaj is concerned, since the IPC does not recognise the concept of an automatic criminal liability attaching to the director where the company is an accused, not even a prima facie case for the offence under Section 292 IPC is made out even when the charge sheet is read as a whole; it only seeks to implicate him in his designation as MD of BIPL and not in his individual capacity.

(d) Therefore, the petitioner will stand discharged as far as the offences under Sections 292 and 294 IPC are concerned. This will however not affect the case against the other accused.

(e) A prima facie case for the offence under Section 67 read with Section 85 IT Act is made out against the petitioner since the law as explained by the decisions of the Supreme Court recognises the deemed criminal liability of the directors even where the company is not arraigned as an accused and particularly since it is possible that BIPL (EIPL) may be hereafter summoned to face trial.

(f) Consequently, while the case against the petitioner of the offences under Sections 292 and 294 IPC is quashed, the prosecution of the petitioner for the offence under Section 67 read with Section 85 IT Act will continue. 

23. It is clarified that the learned trial court will proceed to the next stage of passing an order on charge uninfluenced by the observations in regard to the offences in respect of which it has been held by this Court that a prima facie case has been made out against the petitioner. The petition and the application are accordingly disposed of. The interim stay is vacated.

The fact is in that case of Bazee.com, I had laughed on the Venture Capitalist’s beheaviour and I had written him and email to him. I believe that he was offended by it.

Thereafter, the venture capitalist had realized that he made some mistake by underestimating me. That was the time, when on the Ryze.com, some persons were criticizing me and or I was running out of time to answer their queries and hence I decided to quit from Ryze. It was not my withdrawal but I realized that the readers are only readers and not literate in real sense. They are not mature and not wise too including the Venture Capitalist. 

And to a great surprise, at that time the grown up venture capitalist’s page was deleted by somebody and at that time, he had restarted his another page and was “begging” for joining his earlier members. The Venture Capitalist who writes in confession that I was begging before him, threatening him “sidhi ungli se ghee nahi nikalta hai to ungi tedhi karni padti hai”…  must remember that if he is earning, that is not because of his creation but to complete an achievement, one has to have various jobs. and Today’s hired employees also can go on strike and he will have to beg to them to perform. It is humiliation and being very aggressive and arrogant. These qualities I never appreciate. Had he been a polite and humble person, probably, he would have got more respect and probably more opportunities to do business.  This twitting, lecturing and meeting people is not another type of  begging to give him a chance to show some valuable opportunity. Probably, he is not well educated to know that nobody can clap with one hand.

After leaving the Ryze mixer, I had joined an international mixer, there again the Venture Capitalist was a member, I found him every such online social media thereafter and I never accepted his add requests. There is a big gap of understanding. Finally, I had forgiven him and added him only in one group, which I never discussed business with him.

The Venture capitalist  who is writing a petition on the website, must first swear that what he has written in the name of God , was truth and only truth. Then I would have asked him this question that does he admit that he had touch me? and if he touched me, then in which capacity he touched me? If the VC denies that he did not touch me, then who wrote on the page of a social website that “You have an amazing mouth?”…

I am against all illegal , immoral and illogical acts. I am not on the streets that I will not be able to survive and live a decent life. In fact, the Venture Capitalist thereafter has visited my home. My further question is “Why did he not bring his family with him? His associates or relatives? and complaining of all allegations on me?” The fact is that these types of persons seek only the opportunity to know whether an educated and capable lady like me will be his “Asset or his Liability”? and to judge the same they ask questions “what is your nature, are you emotional or a practical person? (Where emotional simply means fool to understand the truths of life and coward to fight and practical means the one who can express love only to get something from him.) And I answered him back “I am neither emotional or practical, I am a realistic person.” and I see emotions equally as duties and responsibilities of the world.

The Venture Capitalist has accused me that I am not a successful person and therefore I am threatening him. But the fact is that the Venture capitalist is unsuccessful person despite having funds, he lacked the ideas to generate revenue. Generally, Venture Capitalists are not entrepreneurs and they invest in business. But for his own benefit I had given him some ideas, including Seedfund.in , another one economytrends (which was launched by him with the alliance of Geodesic.com, and renamed the business site to bsbuddy.com which contained the same recipe which I had told.

How it can be sheer co incidence that the Venture Capitalist who was running a funding site, after meeting me and after my emails after the CEO of Bazee.com, and all forgive and forgot story, suddenly launched the websites in 2006. Howcome the VC did not launch the websites in 2003 or before meeting me?

The Venture Capitalist states that I was demanding money from him. Definitely, I being the originator of the concept, I have every right to receive royalty and any payments towards License Fees or payments under the Indian Copyright Act, or Trademark.   

The Venture Capitalist is ready with his questionnaire  of 13 Questions to be asked in his cross examination., before that the Venture Capitalist must inform that he is a world traveler, and he must be knowing that which is the country where women do not work, and where woman have no permission for do any trade or business? And Can the Venture Capitalist tell the world that, Is India such a country where woman are prohibited from jobs or from doing business?

Has the Venture Capitalist read the Constitution of India ? And in particular Article 14 to 21 of it? These illiterate man must be taught with a hunter in the class.

The Venture Capitalist must answer that is the task of woman is only to entertain a man or giving him sexual pleasure? Even if he does not answer of this question, if the answers of earlier questions have been given by him, one can understand what he expects from women of this society.  These open rapists in the society must be hanged in public who call that I being a woman am not successful. If they are successful in their lives, it is because of me.      

A woman is always successful but the meaning of successful is different. As a woman I was a successful when I stood in ranks in my school and my parents were happy. I was successful, when without anybody’s help I completed my higher education in first division in all my graduation and post graduation degrees and other courses. I was successful when I worked in multinational companies. I was successful when I had faced different challenges in life and I had overcome it. I did not run away from it and today I am alive and I am answering this.

I am successful that despite betrayal by the Venture Capitalist, I have confidence to restart my career in a different life and I am a self employed professional. A college drop out should better keep their mouth shut before showing their mental power.

There were arguments only after the launch of seedfund and bsbuddy and this Venture Capitalist was sending all love messages and new years, diwali greetings etc. etc. who never spent any money towards my professional or personal necessities. The Venture Capitalist simply ignores the law and calls him a “LAW ABIDING CITIZEN”.  When I had received such message, I straight came to Bandra Police Station and called him to come and settle the Account. That time the Venture Capitalist did not come to Bandra Police Station neither he informed to the Police on his call. This Venture Capitalist has pain in his finger to write about this episode in his confession.

It never meant that I returned from Bandra Police Station, empty handed and I registered the first police complaint against him in the year 2007. I still have the copy of the complaint. The Police must have arrested him but they never informed me about it.

The Venture Capitalist who writes that his “so called” wife was working in Times of India, where I had sent email or letter, has he attached a copy of the letter with this? and why not? For a venture capitalist, where other woman like  me cannot be partner, cannot be an employee, cannot be copy right holder and I am a simply funny woman to dance to his tunes, let his woman, NOT WIFE WHICH HE DECLARED BEFORE ON RYZE WEBSITE, AS  MARITAL STATUS “CANNOT SAY” let her also dance before the public or her employers.   

 The Venture Capitalist, who states, “Sidhi ungli se ghee nahi nikalata” must answer that I have list of emails sent to him on his email accounts, but I did not receive any email from him, neither he himself, his next kin, his employees, his class four workmen or any body. I think all had fractured their fingers for all these years. Yet, a letter can be drafted and a thumb impression also could have been affixed on it. But the fact is, cheats are cheats and rapists will be rapists. The Venture Capitalist felt that “akeli aurat aur kya kar legi.” (Do I have really courage being alone Single woman?)  

To earn money, I cannot be a prostitute because I am not a virgin after my divorce. And after my divorce I never had sex with anybody, and I was in a married relationship, not in a one night relationship, which the Venture Capitalist means.   Can the Venture Capitalist prove that divorces happen only because the man is impotent to please his woman? Let him organize a meeting in open and call a medical expert…. and a psychiatrist also to prove that he was right and he IS ALWAYS RIGHT. If he proves, please move to his own woman to decide how many man can make her happy? THIS QUESTION THE VENTURE CAPITALIST HAS TO ANSWER BEFORE HE QUESTIONS OTHER WOMAN ON THEIR CHARACTER AND INNOCENCE.

I think in his school, there were no ethical, morals were thought. A man cannot purchase integrity with him money. The Brahmin Indian Venture Capitalist’s parents did not give him good “SANSKAR” , manners and “culture”  that can uplift their respect. The parents are responsible if the child is wrong. Have I had such child, I would have slapped him and unlike Mother India, I will have no shame in killing a culprit. Here the culprit is the EGO of this Venture Capitalist, who wants to make his personality bigger by writing confessional statements. But confession statements cannot make a person bigger, an apology makes a man bigger. I definitely have earned respect in this society, despite living alone since 1987 till late. I have worked in MNCs, I have worked independently, I have taken care of my parents, siblings and relatives and respected elderly persons unlike this Venture Capitalist whose EGO stands up before bending. I have yet to understand from which civilized society, he comes from? Let him answer this.

The memory loss sufferer Venture Capitalist not only called me Hijra (the Neutral Gender impotents ) and prostitute, when I had demanded him my share in the profits he made out of Seedfund  business. Does it mean that any person who asks his or her share is a Hijra? Is an employee a Hijra if he demands salary? and a share holder a Hijra if he demands dividends and a bank manager is Hijra if he demands interest?  Let the Venture Capitalist answer this question before asking questions.

And if the answer is Yes to this question, then the Founders of a company,

 Directors of any company, must not accept money from anybody in their life. They cannot take money even from a shop or from any client, because, a man who accepts a money, is a HIJRA. Better to baware of this Hijra, who has no guts to acknowledge any relationship, being honest in life to any one woman, and every person is seen only from this point of view that whether this person is a profit or a loss.

The Venture Capitalist has told that he had filed police complaints against me but it goes nowhere. Probably, the Venture Capitalist himself is an advocate too and he is unsuccessful in preparing his own case.

The Venture Capitalist is acting like “Sau Sau Chuhe Kha ke Billa Haj Karne Chala.” The Venture Capitalist cannot let the police take action against me as I had registered first Complaint against him in 2007. Thereafter I file a complaint against him under Indian Copyright Act, 2009, Which was withdrawn from the Court due to inadequacy of the Magistrate Court in 2010.  I had third cause to settle the dispute after the publication of bsbuddy in the newspapers and I had decided to confront the Venture Capitalist in his office, but to shame of this Venture Capitalist, he ran away. It is because he had an opportunity to rape or molest before his office employees, and I had no intention to malign my character by meeting in a hotel, without any person who can accompany me.  This Venture Capitalist with his secretary tried to run away in his car.  He cannot dare to meet me in public.

I tried to stop his car, but his driver tried to reverse it, and in this period, the Venture Capitalist got out of the car and disappeared without opening his mouth. His acts shows that he has no guts to confront me and he is guilty.

The Venture Capitalist said that the tried to file an FIR against me, but the fact is before that I had said second written Complaint against the Venture Capitalist in Commissioner of Police of Mumbai and the same was sent to Santacruz Police Station, where I had given my statement.  The Complaint being not in cognizable category, the Police “let it go”. For that a man has to read IPC and Cr.P.C. which the illiterates do not understand  whether it is Geeta or Bible.

The Complaint withdrawn from Pune J.M.F.C. is of such a nature, which can be filed again and hence, I have still have power to reinstitute the suit against the Venture Capitalist. Well, every body knows that who wins and who is a loser.

I was thinking of a middle path to recover my dues, as I don’t have respect of this Venture Capitalist, who knows he may die of “AIDS” or “STD” in near future.

When we had heated argument between 2005 to 2007, I had advised him to a proactive person and don’t react. But the Venture Capitalist does not listen to what I said. Same issue “Dementia”. Now I have stopped giving personality improvement doses to anybody. I am improving by doing it.

I have read that he filed a complaint against me , I filed complaint of a civil suit on him just to be tried in a summary manner. However, the Venture Capitalist disappeared after making an application that suit is not maintainable. And the advocate also disappeared of this VC who informed to my senior that he has not been paid and therefore he will not attend the matter. Well, who will collect the Order copy of this let the Venture Capitalist decide. This reaction is no justice to me however, the future for me has become bright in the case. After the publication of articles and confession I believe that even though late, the Judge has to see the point.

The reaction was also that the Venture Capitalist had made allegation that I have seen horoscope and I had told him that we will either be good partners or we will be bitter enemies. And this is that fact which equally true which I had told him about his other general predictions. Did he say that I was wrong in those? No. Hence, Let the Venture Capitalist answer that the general predictions were wrong. In fact, after receiving his information, I from my pocket spent nearly 50-100/- to get his computerized horoscope which I have not yet received.

I still remember is chart but not in detail as it was in computerized horoscope. The same is posted here.

As per the chart is Cusp, the thinking of a VC is under the influence of Mars, Rahu, sitting opposite to Venus (Shukra) and Ketu. The planets Rahu and Ketu are only intersections points of the orbits and axis of earth. These are very powerful points and are also called as mouth of a snake as Rahu and the tail of a snake i.e. Ketu. The invisible points increases the power of the planet which are they adjoining  and hence Rahu with “sinful” planet, have increased the power of “wrongs” and as Rahu is not seen in the skies, their sins are also not visible.

The thinking place of a Horoscope is house one where the VC has Aries sign, Mars and Rahu, it is opposing at 180 degrees with Ketu which is another Sinful planet and there is only one planet Venus which is a “Shubha”. When Out of four if only 1 planet is shubha, then you can understand that out of four confession lines, only one line is correct. The truth ratio of their thinking is only 25% and hence,  he reached to the books of Mumbai Police.

Now, the Saturn is travelling in his 9^th house, which is house of court matters, it will slowly move ahead and his original position is in 11^th house, from where his 7 and half years of Sadhesati will start. The first two and half years will not be troublesome, but the transit of Saturn from his 12^th house , will surely will teach him a lesson. And Saturn is a God which gives the fruits of the seeds sown.

I am  aware of my horoscope and I am influenced by 4 planets. Two, in Libra, i.e. Moon and Neptune and seventh house Venus and Saturn (Retrograte). A retrograde planet is less effective or powerless and it is good that the sinful Saturn planet does not effect my thinking. I am fast thinker like Moon, a intuitive person under Neptune and under the Shubha yogas of Venus at 180 degrees from seventh house.

And therefore, one can compare and decide who is liar and who is right.

THE LAST CHALLENGE

The reactive Venture Capitalist had said that he will be ready to fight the matter till the Supreme Court, I have given it a proactive thought and sent the Public Interest Litigation complaint to the Hon’ble Supreme Court to decide and pass an order. The PIL has been admitted and a day will come in this matter when the summons will be issued to tie the bell in the neck of this Cat. 

The Prayers before the Hon’ble Supreme Court is after considering the poor, innocent women , who should have settled their dues with him, but on behalf of entire womenhood, I have filed this PIL with the following prayers:    

11.   All complaints filed by THE VC and HIS WIFE (names written) must be removed as they are false and vaxatious and they must be penalised for filing false and vaxatious cases against vulnerable women. 

22.   The VC and his wife (names written) must be declared judicially divorced as he socially denies the relationship of marriage and to lure women states he is single. 

33.     The VC and his wife (names given) must be arrested with their front office employees of Pinstorm.com to harm me, driving on me and making false complaints in Santacruz Police Station. 

4.     The Venture Capitalist and his partners of seedfund.in i.e. Bharati Jecob, Paula Mariwala, Praveen Gandhi, Sanjay Anandram, Shailesh Vikram Singh and Tarana Lalwani have been partners with The VC (name given) must be arrested to use my seedfund.in concept for their business since 2006 and not replying to my notices and not giving me royalty. 

5.     The Venture Capitalist (name given) must be arrested under Prevention of Immoral Trafficing Act, Indian Penal Code for making me his sexual slave for life time. 

6.     All these crimes which have occurred in the internet based social media, there has to be stricter laws to stop this type of exploitation and The Venture Capitalist’s internet social media’s account’s in linkedin.com, facebook.com, google.com, twitter.com, quora.com and all other wherever he is present must be blocked. There should be large level investigation upon how many woman he has actually exploited. 

7.     The Hon’ble Court shall also direct the M.M.C. to expadite the cases Mumbai.

8.     The Hon’ble Court shall also decide whether my intellectual property is my “Stri Dhan” or not? and should I be eligible to get profit or not?

9.     Further, the Hon’ble Court shall at least order for defamation. 

              The Hon’ble Court shall make stronger laws against the Police against the atrocities on women.

“Life is short to achieve what you aims and dreams” is what I believe in.. Because your though process works until you die. And wants can’t be satisfied. There is history in where you will find that some people made innovations later in their life.. e.g. Madam Cury..
I and my husband have lot of common interest of ambition. More than me he is keen in new businesses, as earlier he was working on internet based businesses. But these days the nature of his work has changed.
We do have common understanding in terms of business. He do needs links, ideas which are abundant with me -:) ,When we i.e. I speak, he listens .. and that’s one of the reasons that he is so possessive about me -:). He is a good listener and doesn’t react from the heart. He always (100%) times (even in sleep) reacts from his mind. Even not reacting and speaking is also a reaction by him. what a logic -:) Or too much of diplomacy you can say..
My husband when picked up my wishes and ambitions, I didn’t know but he has acute sense of business. I was delighted heartily when my husband gave me this special gift in 2006 with businessbazigar.com was the first step towards it. He had already gone ahead and made seedfund.in - The concept I was talking to him about my venture. Now he has started next level seeedfund. Not only that when I was talking about the concept of software program for share market’s reflections, he spontaneously started the activity in Geodesic along with Business Standard; the surprise which has to come to me as a shock and surprise both. But the next surprise is bigger than this that he says I need not ask for money -not only for the venture’s profits but also for running domestic expenses. I have to live only in India whereas he can travel all around the world -:(, Well, in Indian culture, it is said behind every successful man there is a woman. Its me, indeed.
Mahesh had to resign from the post of CEO of Geodesic, because three things nobody can hide in this world that is “love, fragrance and mustache”-:) .. And when our affair got open, the family of my husband’s keep sacked him from this position.. No wonders.. in the world of power, first the muscle power comes -:)..
His love is like ocean... watching quietly to see when I stop fighting.. really... earlier our love was a pill of opium, and not the fights are like digestive pills.. nobody can sleep without it. -:) and Mahesh is cold and that somebody must do anatomy of his body and find if this man really has heart or not. Or is there any machine to do heart’s function? He says for a business lady there is no need for children.. children are required by those who don’t have capacity of their own to be independent either financially or socially.. and i.e. Manisha Lakhe who demands luxuries free of cost from me.. who depends upon him even without marriage and demands money... security and sex..
When I met Mahesh, neither he nor me were virgins. So he said is there any need of marriage? We can enjoy without marriage. In other words, he can do social service for me. But the issue is someone is required to give social service to Manisha Lakhe too. Because when I told her that she should get out of Mahesh’s life as he is possessive about me, loves me, wants me, cares me, I have every right to live with him, she refused and made my emails as spam. Mahesh can’t let me love any other man, that he has proved. And the strong ground is that he blocked my emails after receiving unlimited scores of gifts, greetings and emails. Manisha says whether he loves or hates, even in live in relationship ignoring the legality of sex and she is still not Murthy, was Lakhe, is Lakhe and will be Lakhe (proud to call herself a trend setter) , is equally not a virgin after giving birth to a child and bringing up an illegitimate child called Agni. By virtue of being uncommitted she also has equal right of going out an enjoying being a modern woman. If she could prove to be believer of free sex, she can also be free to all and these days the rich families are always surrounded by charities and social work, NGO etc. etc. So, Manisha can also be contacted for charities and sexual social work both personally and through email on manishalakhe@gmail.com , on various social networking sites etc. etc.
Mahesh accepted to be my husband because I always defeated him in my debate with him. I do say, earlier human being was like a monkey was living on trees and having sex. Over these millions of years it got civilised and today we talk of going on the moon. But by not marrying and following the principles of civilised society, does he want to be a trend setter to travel backward and live on the trees? He has done so in the past by living and making a partner. But talking truth and becoming logical gets on the ego of man. As if they are from Mars... (sorry guys, don’t make mistakes, learn from the mistakes of others and if you have committed it, agree upon it and improve on it. Don’t be just like Mahesh.)
